Travel advice giant Lonely Planet launched a new video platform, and with it came the need to ground the diverse styles and content with a short but powerful interstitial element. Richtergarten worked closely with the design team at Lonely Planet to craft these energetic 7 second videos that had thematic tie-ins to the different “channels” of content within the platform. Ease of replication was important for the success of the project, so Richtergarten crafted a workflow that made it possible for LP’s internal team to effortlessly create endless combinations of pattern, color, and content within the confines of the project template.
